1. Who we are
PumpYou Consulting Ltd, trading as MTW (“MTW”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 28736718, with its registered office at 18 Larkspur Mews, London E8 3QT, United Kingdom. You can contact us at pumpyouconsulting@gmail.com.
We are the “controller” of the personal data described in this policy. This means we decide how and why your data is used, and we are responsible for protecting it under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. What data we collect
Data you give us
When you apply through our website, book a call or work with us, we may collect:
- Identity and contact details: your name, WhatsApp or Telegram number and country code, and email address if you share it.
- Account details: your Instagram handle and OnlyFans link.
- Performance information: the ranges you select for Instagram followers, monthly OnlyFans earnings and new paid and free subscribers per day.
- Age confirmation: your confirmation that you are 18 or older. If you become a client, we will also verify your age and identity.
- Communications: messages, call notes and anything else you share with us.
- Client data: if you work with us, the account access, earnings reports, content plans and payment details needed to provide our services.
Data collected automatically
When you visit our website, our hosting provider and the services we use to load the page (such as web fonts and embedded videos) may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and device information. Where advertising tracking is allowed (after you accept in the UK/EU and elsewhere, or unless you opt out in the US), the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API record that you visited the page and whether you sent an application, so we can measure our ads. Meta receives technical data such as your IP address, browser details and its own cookie IDs, never your form answers or contact details. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
Sensitive information. Because our services relate to adult content creation, some of the information you share with us may be considered sensitive. We treat all of it as strictly confidential, limit access to the team members who need it, and rely on your explicit consent where the law requires it.
3. How and why we use your data

We never sell your personal data, and we never share your earnings, identity or content publicly without your written consent.
4. Who we share it with
We only share your data when it is necessary, and only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, form and database storage, call scheduling, messaging (WhatsApp, Telegram) and email. They may only use your data on our instructions.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), only where advertising tracking is allowed (see our Cookie Policy), to measure how our ads perform. US residents can opt out of this sharing at any time.

6. How long we keep your data
- Applications that do not lead to working together: deleted within 12 months of your application, unless you ask us to keep them for longer.
- Client data: kept for the duration of our agreement and up to 6 years afterwards, where needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Account access: removed as soon as our agreement ends.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- ask us to restrict or stop using your data;
- object to our use of your data based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
